If you’re new to Instagram or feel like you’ve never quite got the hang of it, this beginner-friendly session is your safe, supportive space to learn everything you need to know - no silly questions, no overwhelm.

We’ll cover everything from setting up your profile properly to creating your first posts, stories, reels and understanding captions, engagement and growing an audience. You’ll leave knowing how to use Instagram your way, a content plan schedule to prep you for 2026 and with clarity on how to make it work for your business.

Join me for a full-day, hands-on social media reset where we’ll re-optimise, update and refresh your profiles so they’re working for you, not against you - whether you’re brand new, feeling stuck or ready to show up stronger for the new year.

During the day, we’ll dive into your social media goals, fine-tune

your bios and visuals, refresh your content ideas and make sure

your profiles truly reflect you and your business. You’ll have time to implement changes live, with my coaching and guidance every

step of the way.

You’ll get worksheets to take away, so you can keep the

momentum going long after the day ends - plus a relaxed lunch,

hot drinks and plenty of time to ask questions (no matter how

‘silly’ you think they are!).

It’s the perfect space if you know your socials need a shake-up but you want it done with support, no judgement and in good company.
